The City of Valley has an opening for a Full-Time Facility Manager for our Recreation Department. Job duties include but are not limited to maintain the facilities under the Recreation Department, overseeing the pool operations, scheduling and supervising full and part-time employees, and scheduling or repairing maintenance and building issues. This position will also schedule recreation facilities and set up for special events and meetings. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. The pay range for this position is $16.35 to $18.27 per hour.
All applicants must have a college degree and/or equal experience in facility management. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Applicant must have the ability to obtain, CPO certificate, CPR/Lifequard certification, and CDL license in a timely manner.
