2023 Lunch & Learn - OSHA Seminar
This will be a discussion of recently announced OSHA enforcement initiatives that significantly depart from current OSHA policies. The new initiatives are designed to deter companies from “putting profits before safety”.
These initiatives will directly affect the way that OSHA citations are issued. They will also impact companies that employ immigrant and non-immigrant workers.
These initiatives reach across the entire scope of OSHA regulated industries. Commonly cited industries in our area include retail, hospitality, construction, manufacturing and warehousing.
